100% Hassle - Free Returns

We will accept all the returns up to 30 days, if you are not 100% satisfied. You can
return the product up to 30 days from the shipment date for exchange or
replacement.

If you received the incorrect rug or your rug is damaged we will provide a replacement
at no additional cost.

On exchanges no restocking fees will be charged if you exchange with another item of
same or greater value.

Returns for refunds will be subject to 25% restocking fees.

Special Delivery, international shipments and returns will be charged 25% restocking
fees.

Shipping Returns are customers responsibility, we will not reimburse return shipment
charges.

Please note that the color descriptions and images shown have been supplied by the manufacturer. The actual
pattern may vary as it is scaled to fit each rug's size and shape. All sizes and colors are approximate. We encourage
all customers to view these products in person whenever possible. We cannot be held responsible for individual
monitor settings. If you are unsure of the true colors, please contact us, we are here to help.
